11 speed 10 speed compatability

Looking at buying a Domane 4.7 with 11 speed Ultegra does anyone know if I can run 11 speed cassette on 2012 Ksyrium elites or can i fit a wider freehub

    Yes, Mavic freehubs have been longer than Shimano for quite a while so they are 11 speed compatible. Just remove all spacers on the freehub when mounting the cassette.

    Thanks for the reply ,thats good news these spec changes often snowball ,dont suppose you know if a 10 and 11 speed chainset are the same

    Technically they are slightly different but in practice they are completely interchangeable in my experience.
