Ok so lots of new stuff arriving in the post. BUT I can't have it till Christmas day as (obviously) it's my present from the missus

I have:
Charge Duster frame (new) - headset cups fitted, seat lamp included
Recon forks (old) - crown race fitted
SLX groupset (inc brakes, chain and cassette) ordered from Merlin
I have wheels (XT on 717)
Stem, bars and seatpost (Crank Brothers Cobalt) ordered
Saddle, grips - I have
Pedals - need to buy
Post to IS mount adaptors, 10 spd Powerlink, new gear outers, cable ends - to buy

I'm not gonna see this stuff till the 25th.

Have I forgotten anything? I wanna ride it Boxing Day

sram do not do 10spd powerlinks. they are PowerLocks.

.. And need a tool to undo - which kinda defeats the point

Was looking at the KMC version - any good?

Helicopter tape or patches. Gear cable inners, outers, end caps and crimp ons. Do the brake hoses fit if they need trimming barbs and olives to shorten.
