London Club Recommendation

Hi folks, A female friend is looking for a club to join in the North London area. She's a beginner and would like to get out on some social rides, improve her fitness and maybe do the odd sportive. Does anyone have a recommendation for a friendly club, that leaves no-one behind on club runs in the area?

Just been out for my first club ride with islington cc this morning. It was great, there was a lot of new people, including a couple of women. It was really sociable and friendly, highly recommend it.
