trying to remove FSA press fit BB from carbon bike

it is the bb-al86. I purchased the park tool BBT-90.3 which was supposed to be the tool to remove all bb86 bottom brackets. unfortunately is is too fat to fit through the 19mm hole in the fsa bb-al86 bearings.

does anyone know is there a proper tool for this job? if not what can I use?

    If you're replacing the BB, simply drift-out with a metal rod and hammer
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    Thanks the screwdriver worked. Instead of a screwdriver I used a socket extender for a blunt impact.
