2x9 Chain Device

I currently run a bash guard and the standard chain device that came with my Spicy 516 but it never feels that smooth or free running evening after new bearings. I was wondering what devices you guys run and how have they stood up to the test of time?
I'm not planning on changing anything else as I like having a couple of chainrings up front so a single ring is a no no.
