Has anyone had any experience returning faulty goods to LightMalls?
My Solarstorm X2 landed this week and after a single use one of the LEDs has died.
I imagine it's going to involve returning to them, but don't see why I should fork out for post when the light is faulty - it'll probably cost more than I paid in the first place.
Anyone else returned something and had to pay post?

I got a dud battery charger and they agreed to replace if I returned it - but they wouldnt cover the return postage. Opened a dispute with paypal but they agreed that I had to pay return postage. Pretty unsatisfactory and I didnt bother returning it because the cost/hassle wouldnt have been worth it. I think its just one of those things you have to bear the risk with these cheap chinese companies but I guess if you get the stuff for less than half the UK sellers charge and have to bin1 in every 5-10 items it still works out as two thirds the price of buying from the UK...0
