Can I put 'Slime' or something similar into road tubes with Presta valves or is it only do-able with Schrader valves?

    I think its only if you can take the valve out to get it in. But I could be wrong.

    Otherwise just don't get punctures.................

    You can get tubes with slime already inside. It's really heavy though, and can pool on one side of the wheel when left overnight. Best bet is a strong tyre. Gatorskins, Armadillos, or similar.
