I have a set of Giant SR-2 wheels which have a 700x25c tyre on them. Most the training tyres I have seen are 700x23c. Would this fit?? Or are there any 700x25c tyres out there?

Yes, you will be able to fit a wide range of 700x tyres on a rim designed for 25c. Certainly you will at the very least be able to fit 23c and you'd be able to go up to 28c if you wanted to (and your frame and brakes allowed the clearance)

Try a normal tyre first. Not all tyres are eaten by turbos. You might not need to fork out. And turbo tyres cant be ridden outside. You could get a cheaper tyre that would do both.
