Turbo Trainer Slippage

Reet then peeps,
I've recently purchased a Minoura B60-R, Schwalbe insider trainer tyre 700x25c which I inflated to 100psi. The B60-R has a remote which allows pressure increase from 0-6 I'm a newbie on my first two rides I was at 0-2 and also using the top ring and gears to apply resistance. Yesterday I went upto 4 and experience what I believe to be slipping I could feel slight gives consistently through the pedal down strokes :?
Any advice would be gratefully received.

Try and pedal as smoothly as possible in a lower gear and once you are spinning change up through the gears to the one you want to be in, this method works for me especially when doing hill sims.
I find if you try and power a hard gear from the outset then your tyre will slip on the roller until you are up to speed.0
