Tyre advert

A couple of times now I've had a popup where a tyre rolls over the screen, and turns into a full-screen advert. You have to click it to get rid of it. Any chance of controlling these?

    I did, the first time. It started loading something that didn't look like Bikeradar, so I stopped it.
