Brake Hose Mounts/Guides/Collar?

Hi,
Somewhere along the ride today I managed to loose a plastic shim that when in my disk hose specific eyes/guides on my Cannondale. Now the cable is just loose and annoying.
Does anyone know the name of this part so I can try and get another?

most bike shops have lots of spare things why not take your bike to one so they can see what you mean as we cant see.
or take a picture so we can see."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Cheers for that - I didn't realise they were Cannondale specific.
After a bit of digging around they are part number KF086 and are £2 a pair from here:
