Never mind the back, just hopping along somewhere would be a start.
We're 4th. For 1 week only I suspect but it's something.
City for the title methinks. The scousers should have shredded MU.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -

I wonder if MC's superior goal difference, thanks in no part to thrashing Chelsea last week will be telling.0

Can't you hire a Reliant Kitten to get you there? It would provide a little perspective. You still have to work between now and then and you will need to sleep and eat.

Looks like that's Tottingspud's title challenge over. Cracking goal by Trippier"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0

orraloon wrote:As an antidote to the poncing prancing Prem primadonnas, keep an eye on the progress (or lack of) of Fort William of Scotland's Highland League. So far this season played 6, lost 6, goals for 4, against 56, including an 11-1 hiding on the first day of season by my once upon a time home town team Rothes.
Last season they finished with no wins, 5 draws and a goals against of 184, GD -153.
So faites vos jeux mesdames messieurs, this season do they Get A Win? Or do they exceed the goals against total?
With 8 games left, on current 'form' projected GA for the season will be 245. Can they do it? Exciting times on the west coast.0 -
You would think Man U were playing Real Madrid in the CL final for all the noise they made against... Southampton.

4 british teams in the UEFA champions league quarter finals, Whats the beting all 4 draw one another in the next round?0

Yay it's Tim.
With a transfer embargo on CFC (those fans do emit fumes) 4th place is looking good for next season... ...and we beat those Manchester pretenders.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -
We need to stick it to them Frenchies Tomorrow night. Think we'll hold on to fourth regardless! Still be nice to finish with a trophy though. ( I mean fourth place of course/ us gooners have always regarded that as a Trophy)0

That was the fuzzie wuzzies not the frenchies! Silly boy dont tell them your name! Pinno0

8-0 on aggregate. Anyone would think we were playing Arsenal."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0

Ooh, so close. Fort William FC of posts passim did score another goal for today, playing away at Turriff Utd. Hosts however stuck away 12, bringing FWFC's goals against total to 199. Well done lads, you staved off the double century. 7 games remaining, so I would not bet big on them staying under the 200 for the season.0

Ruddy ell beaten by the Toffees , you d better hope you win that UEFA league as you wont be anywhere near Europe next year. No wonder Sahri didnt want Napoli in the next round! Wouldnt want to upset his new Employers .0 -
Was all FA cup this weekend wasn't it? Or did any teams who failed to win that trophy also fail at taking advantage of any league fixtures they might have had?0
