Bottom bracket knowledge required

I have a FSA Square Tapered, 68 x 110.5mm BB and was wondering if it's possible to put a hollow tech in of any sort using an adapter or anything? I have no clue whatsoever in this area and have searched google for ages and am getting nowhere

Please advise oh wise ones

    sure. just remove it all get the BB shell faced and fit the new stuff.

    Cr@p articles says things like ceramic bearings improve performance - fails to admit you need to be pedalling at 10,000rpm to make it noticeable. Pity it wasn't written by something that understands anything about real-world bike use rather than regurgitating manufacturers PR.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
