Bottom bracket bearing cover?
Not sure if this is the right name for it, but on the non drive side there is a plastic cap that seems to push in and go over the bearings. Anyway cleaning out the BB noticed this had become frayed in the area that pushes in and needs replacing.
Any idea where to get one from or even what I'm talking about?
