What free software do you use to edit footage from your commute.

I have some footage that I want to select a 60 second extract from.

What do you recommend?

Windows Movie Maker should already be installed on your PC or easily downloaded but won't work with MP4 video files and maybe other video file types.

Windows live movie maker.

For a quick trim try realplayer as the windows one is slow to load files.

Do not try Realplayer. Atrocious bloated software

Moviemaker is painfully slow, I used to use AviSplit when I used a camera.
