Padded gloves that don't compress

Just finished a two week tour. Ended up with some numb fingers on my left hand. Nothing bad.
Need to get the weight off my hands but also noticed that the gel in my gloves had compressed. I have Specialized road gloves which have always been great but need something that will last a lot longer.
Anyone got any recommendations?
