    there was a thread recently about this it was on Bottom Bracket, quite a lot of the people there only speak *pure b0ll0x but some are learning Italian too :D

    Although not used the Italian one, the US foreign services institute (basically their version of the foreign office) publish the courses used by US diplomats. The one that I used is very comprehensive about 60 x 1 hour lessons on MP3 and texts and best of all they are free! There has been some jiggery pokery about licencing as someone was trying to sell them commercially. So you may have to do some net searching but you should be able to get them from here:-http://fsi-language-courses.org/Content.php
