But what is the likely outcome and will they open a can of worms up and blow the lid off the whole thing or will it be smoke and daggers?

  • By all accounts Brooks was "blowing the lid off" Coulson and he was "opening her can of worms" so there is an added dimension to all of this which may add to the entertainment value.

    I think the can worms will remain tucked away at the back of the cupboard, and the can opener thrown into a river.

    They will simply spend the best part of six months denying all knowledge of anything that was going on and pass the buck.
