Hi All

On 18th July 2014 I will be taking part in 170 mile cycle ride from Police Memorial in London to National Memorial in Staffordshire over 2 days in aid of COPS (Care of Police Survivours), this charity is close to the work that I do, although I am not on the front line of policing there are others that are and put themselves on the line everyday to protect us in one form or another sometime with tragic circumstances.
