Fitting 11 Speed Shimano

I'm looking at upgrading the components on my '13 Felt Z5. Currently it is equipped with Shimano Tiagra components which will be placed on a CX build. I'm looking at the new Ultegra 6800 groupset and my primary concern is the 11-speed cassette. From my understanding, this will not be able to be fitted to my current hubs "Felt Road Hubs". The site I'm looking at purchasing the groupset from also has a wheel package that can be included with either Ultegra 6800 wheels ($377 extra) or RS81 C24 wheels ($512 extra).

So my main questions are...
Am I correct I will need a different hub to fit the 11-speed?
Are the wheel deals offered worth it? If so which is the better deal?
Any suggestions on a wheelset for less than ~$500 that is 11-speed compatible?

    Yeh you will need a new rear wheel at least. I think shimano do fairly cheap 11s wheels now, check out the RS 21.
