which bike to get!?

Torn between a koga kimera ud pro with dura ace 9000 and amercan classic 44 carbon tubs, or a 2013 giant tcr advanced sl with dura ace 9000 and American classic 44 carbon tubs, this bike will be used primarily for criterium racing, the ocassional tt and maybe the odd road race. If you can think of any better bikes please post some suggestions! Thanks brad.

Either if those will be fine. Choose the one that fits best. If they both fit well, choose the one you like the look of best.
