As Harrison Ford said in the original 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' movie, when his ex-girlfriend commented on his worn-out appearance;
"Baby, it ain't the age, it's the mileage!"Raymondo

I'm 56, will be 57 in 3 weeks, I am doing much better than I was at 36-37 :roll: , all the health problems from a severe spinal injury and abdominal surgeries and the kidney disease joining in the parade :shock: . Now I am riding 100+ miles a week, have lost 72+ lbs and feeling great about my life . Cycling has made all the difference for me .Lets just got for a ride, the heck with all this stuff...0

53 an a half for me.... feels like I'm early 30's for some unfathomable reason. A bit of racing, some triathlon and eating/drinking what I please (mostly), all contribute to a good sense of wellbeing...0

40 for another 3 weeks - feel at least 10 years older!0

Third WFP is eagerly awaited ...0

50 and a quarter. Mental age 18. Like some of you cats I'm riding faster now than I did maybe 20 years ago. Weird.0

Much better since I started doing some regular exercise around 2 years ago (riding a bike BTW).
Can't post a picture as there are good reasons for not wanting to put a face to the name

56. Some days I feel older, some days I feel younger. Cycling's to blame for both...0

When you reach this sort of age your state of health is all that matters. I know that is true for other ages but earlier in life you may not notice.'fool'0 -

51 but like others refuse to grow up. WTF do you want to do that for?? Can still look trim in lycra (or so I think) Mrs DSD may give you a different response but her eyesight isn't what it used to be!0
-
A much better idea would be for people to post photos of themselves in lycra on the bike, then we all get to guess their age......
...could result in fisitcuffs....!
Just 43 by the way!0
