Need a bike for Mrs Stig

In the market for a sub £500 hybrid bike for the Mrs. She is looking at doing a short sportive or 2 (40miles or so) while I am off doing century rides next year but also wants it for cycling with the kids on grass and gravel. Have looked at the following bikes and was wondering if anyone could offer an opinion on which would be the best to go for and which to take preference on in cases such as disc brakes vs carbon forks, higher level of groupset or wider range of gear ratios. Any help would be apreciated. Also if anyone could find the weight of any of these in a medium (17") size I'd be very happy!
