Post pics using iphone 5 ?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post ? I have loads of items I want to sell but only have an iphone 5 as a digital camera , is there any way to get photos from my phone onto here ? I'm no bill gates so if it's possible can somebody explain how to in simpletons terms !! I've read a posting pics thread and was lost after the first sentence !!

host them somewhere and then link to them. as suggested in the guide. or use the attachment function. slow and clunky.
