Anyone understand that odd "code" that teenagers use?

Does anyone know how this works? Its hard to type it but seems to involve phrases that sound like "ishmay on the ooshmay" and so on.
Often used on US teen dramas - Saved By The Bell etc.
Is it changing the first syllable of the word or something?

Lol. Where have you been for the last 50 odd years. It's not new, kids have been using it for as long as i can remember (i was using it back in the 70's). It's quite simple and only has two rules. Look at the above posts and see if you can't figure them out.0 -
Seeing it written down makes it easy to work out. Not sure what the "rules" are though0
