My Superstitions
- When I go out for a run or a cycle, I do a circular route anti-clockwise. It doesn't feel right to turn to the right.
- When I come to a stop on my bike I always unclip my right foot.
- When I go to the swimming pool, I've always used the same locker (number 343).
- When I've gone swimming it's always been on the same day of the week and at the same time of day."The Prince of Wales is now the King of France" - Calton Kirby0 -

The rest are odd but the unclipping this is entirely normal, everyone has a usual foot to unclip when riding, for me, like most in the UK I would expect it's the left; the right stays clipped in for the whole ride.0 -
When I come in from a run or a cycle, the first things I must do before anything else is have a protein shake (even if it doesn't do anything) and download data from my Garmin. It can't wait.
Every time my iPhone buzzes to say I've got an email, I break into a cold sweat thinking it's Strava saying my KOM has been beaten. Then a wave of relief when I find out the KOM is safe, it's just something less important like the house has burned down, the missus has left me and my boss at work says don't come back as I've been replaced by a 2 year old chimpanzee called Bubbles."The Prince of Wales is now the King of France" - Calton Kirby0
