    normal ti one

tirox one is new isn't it? don't know if it will be as light as crc say, the nack carbon railed one is 180g-ish, so I don't know if that one can be 20 grams lighter and at a lower rrp.

Probably is from what I can gather. But they are the same basic saddle. This Tirox rails thing is very new I think and I guess has replaced the Ti. The scales might notice a difference, I doubt there's much more to it than that in reality.

If you want the top one then you want the Nack version with the Carbon Rails.

Some of the Prologo saddles come on two different widths, 134 and 143mm how do i know which will suit me?

Only joking, you really need either measure your sit bones, or, have the experience of which width saddles fit you.

Of the 3 people I know who use these saddles including me, 2 of us use the 134, the other the 143. The two of us using 134 bought them 'blind' and got on with them straight away, the other previously had a Specialized Body Geometry saddle which was 143 that they had used Spesh's measurer-thingy for in the shop, he got the 143 because of that. ...all of us swear by them.

If its by ass size it will be a sofa on the seatpost, How does one measure their sit bones at home?

I think there is a way that might work... try a google search for 'how to measure sit bones'.
  • The Prologo TiRox rails are new and replace the previous Titanium Solid or Ti1.4 options. TS and TI aren't especially inferior though so don't go hunting for a TiRox.

Easy way to measure your sitbones at home: Get some corrugated cardboard, put it on a hard surface, like a table or solid chair with the ridges facing up. Sit on it and raise your knees up towards your chest and pull yourself down onto the chair/table.

When you get up you should see two indentations on the cardboard, measure from the centre point of each indentation and that will tell you your saddle bum width.
