Cheap fixie / track wheel set

Some c*nt stole my wheels off my fixie today. Any recommendations on a cheap sub £100 wheelset to get me back on the road?

I have a set of the following on one of my track bikes, they seem decent enough.... that being said they are £25 over budget:

Thanks, I found some on Merlin cycles just under £100 with postage
