I have recently bought a Bianchi via Nirone 7 Xenon and a Tacx Sartori trainer. Can anyone recommend some turbo trainer programmes. It's been a while since i've done any training so plan on easying in slowly as I have a tendency to overdo it!!

Quick bit of advice - use a gash or turbo tyre on the rear ... don't ruin a perfectly good tyre!0

Edit: Just noticed you kick started the thread - apologies. I do agree that BR should look at stickying resources like that. Perhaps if one their team had come up with the idea or you could have negotiated a sponsorship deal on their behalf0 -
Rebecca Ramsay of Easycycling has produced a Turbo Training Guide for beginners. It's in PDF form and has 20 workouts. Seems comprehensive. I'd post it up but it is copyright so I wont.
