hi im going to upgrade to sram red or force 22 next year but im thinking of saving some cash using my Q rings on my current older Sram force arms. Do you guys know if the oval Q rings are compatible with 11 speed sram? and would i have any issues with using them on a old 2010 force crank arms?

Whatever rings you use on the crank makes no difference as long as the FD is set correctly.
I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.

AND the BCD is the same.

Yes 10 or 11 speed. The number of sprockets on the rear cassette makes no difference to what rings are on the front.
