forefoot varus and pressure points

In a bid to be a stubborn git and fix my foot pain myself I have been researching varus and valgus.
What I cant seem to find is the lressure points if I have forefoot varus. Although the docs I have found talk about pain they dont state in what region. They do state that varus will result in an inward knee rotation, but would that result in pressure of the outside edge of the foot?
