I just heard a Halford's ad.
The one that centre's on owing favour's.
Now, I say heard as I wasnt paying attention but from the background noise it just sounded wrong.
Very wrong.

Did I hear right?

    Nope.
    The one I heard was much worse.
    As a point of reference, it reminded me of the old guy and Chris in Family Guy. :shock:

    You heard right and I saw it last night. Was after 9 pm luckily. Reminded me of the old guy in family guy too, actually saw pictures that he had painted of the young man. I'm no prude but thought this was bad taste and wouldn't be happy if my 11 year old daughter heard / saw it. Really surprised actually.

    It was 17:45 when I heard it. Long before the watershed. :shock:
    Family Guy gets away with it because you know what to expect. That ad took me by surprise.

    I take it these aren't the frankly disturbing ads they have before each edition of Top Gear on Dave, where some old biddy/hairy chest guy/pair of burds with nice bottoms demonstrate their affection for Halfrauds staff?
