Narrowed it down to 3

Looking for some noob advice lads. Have been doing a lot of research the past few days trying to find a road bike for under £500 that I can use as my entry level bike without breaking the bank. I have narrowed the search down to 3 models:
1) Moser Bikes Speed Sora 2013
2) Battaglin S11 Sora 2013
3) Moda Intro Alloy
They are very similar price but the differences I have been able to find are that the Moser Bike comes with Fulcrum Racing Sport (R7) wheels whereas the Battaglin has unbranded ones. However the Battaglin does come with the full Sora groupset (Moser has FSA chainset) as well as Shimano Ultegra hubs which after a quick research seem to be worth almost as much as the Fulcrum wheels. The Moda Intro comes with Tiagra parts so that also looks good as well.
Overall despite the wheels I prefer the look of the Battaglin and was swaying towards that one but just want to double check your opinions first, do you think the Tiagra parts will be better?
I appreciate theres only so much you can get for less than £500 but any advice would be helpful.

Tiagra is a step up in the Shimano gearing range but as you say you are already swayed. Get the one you like the look of best as unfortunately you cannot get to ride them first.0

Moda looks best to me, both value and appearance. Tiagra much better than Sora. The wheels on all three are crap so I'd not worry.0

Can't see the B'Twin Triban 3 and 5 in there, in my mind the best value bikes under your budget, up to you of course, but you should check them out

Find another £63 (with an e-mail voucher) and get the Basso Devil. My son's weighed less than 8.5kg in a 45cm. Very nice bike, a proper 'name' and heritage.
If you don't mind Campagnolo, the xenon 10 speed shifters are basic but fine, the fd is veloce and the rear xenon (and all appears to work and shift well) -
10speed Veloce kit is available on 'bay, etc so you could upgrade to a full Veloce over time (the frame is IMHO certainly good enough) - it's now called the 'reef' with carbon stays. The finishing kit, wheels, tyres and chainset is the same as comes on the laguna and lotto carbon models!
I'm trying to find a reason not to buy one for me for the winter (apart from no mudguard eyes!)0 -

ThisI'm sorry you don't believe in miracles0 -
Thanks for the replies guys. I had looked at the Triban range and was initially going to go for the 3 in red but this is very hard to get hold of now and the new version is poor compared. The Triban 5 has the sora groupset so would be ok but they dont have stock in my size anyway.
Think I will go for the Moda as it stands0
