Heard some mixed reviews from people but they have a really good range of products and accessories.

Some good guys there, I've bought a couple of bikes from them. Always carry a lot of stock and will haggle.I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles0

Just bought a cannondale slice from them, called up and got a discount on the reduced price for a 13 frame
Ordered on the Monday, delivered built ready to go on the Thursday morning!

I live quite local the store and buy very little from them. If I do buy it is not usually anything of great value as they have a reputation among quite a few of the local riders about not being good with faulty/warranty issues. I don't but very much because I also had an issue with a base layer which I purchased from them. They weren't interested in it at all when it developed a fault.
However, they are very well stocked, particularly with bikes. I prefer to use Wiggle as I like their range of gear, prices and returns policy and procedure. Customer service with them is far superior in my experience.
