edited October 2013 in The bottom bracket
Announcing a series of films in keeping with the Bottom Bracket sense of humour.

Starting tonight with 'Blazing Saddles', ITV4 11.20pm. Beautifully non-PC and guaranteed to offend the overly sensitive :P

What else should be on the list?

    Couldn't agree more.

These two scenes have to be on my all time 'laughed so hard I nearly lost a kidney' list

Have you seen it? This bloke munches on pussy underneath a glass table as well as eating the policeman who's on duty guarding him after he throws a massive wobbly and does a bit of DIY to his flat.
    Bloody good film.

Premium Rush, nearest thing to commuters, LMFAO, don't think it was a comedy though, but in keeping with BB there was no swearing or nudity in it at all :D

In Bruges. Two oirish hit men laying low in the beautiful city while offending hookers, dwarves and the local hardmen. Absolute swearfest, just thought I'd say in case that offends anyone.

Is that the one set partially in an appartment block and then in a car?

    Brilliant.

I also nominate Total Recall. Crap acting, enormous amounts of gratuitous violence, Sharon Stone looking hot and a hooker with three norks. It doesn't get much better than that :)

I'll match your raise with a very underrated, little known and rarely seen B movie:

You've been hanging around watching mountain bikers in the woods again haven't you.

Oh yeah, and we need to add 'Animal House' to this thread

I was going to write 10 reasons why he shouldn't have bought the thing, but I don't think I would have made any friends particularly when No.3 was "You can't put diesel in it".

    Back to the OP:

    I'll match your Animal House with;

"Barbarella" for two culturally important reasons

    i) the origin of the name Duran Duran
ii) the answer to the question "How hot would Jane Fonda be, doing a striptease in zero gravity?"

Whenever I want to watch a film to entertain and put a smile on my face - True Romance.

Made before they let Tarrantino loose behind the camera.

Or even worse, in front of it.
None of the above should be taken seriously, and certainly not personally.

Possibly the most justified use of the word 'f***ing' in a film?
