I've had a look around and not sure which to buy. Have you guys got any suggestions for waterproof winter shoes/boots to keep my feet nice and warm and dry during winter?

Lots to choose from, just make sure you buy some one size larger than normal, then wear with decent winter socks such as Woolie Boolies, the extra space will then insulate your feet and keep them warm ..

I got some NW Artic Celcius GTX boots for this Winter. I havent had a chance to wear them yet as its not cold enough but build quality seems solid and NW fit me perfectly. They come up smaller than other NW models too.

Overshoes and warm socks are good enough the majority of the time.

    +1

Winter boots won't keep your feet dry without overshoes as well anyway. They also feel horrible and bulky compared to normal shoes. I've owned three different pairs of winter boots (Shimano, Diadora and Northwave) and hated them all.
    More problems but still living....

Hi there, I wouldn't go with Specialized DeFrosters (a MTB boot I thought I'd use for winter riding) in the hope of staying dry as they don't. They're not particularly warm either (but not terrible). They're not particularly bulky, but to get the best out of them they're used with overshoes.
    Good luck.

ps some people really rate the Shimano MW81's or their road equivalent. Would be good to hear from someone who has a pair of these.

Just put Planet-X neoprene overshoes over what you have now. 15 quid, job done.

I use an MTB boot for winter - you're more likely to be trudging around (cafe & mechanical stops) in winter. Sidi Diablos have been great for 4 years - keep my feet dry and warm to about minus 5, add a pair of neoprene overshoes for deep snow, really chilly. Fancy a pair of 45Nrth Fastercatts as I tend to do a lot more offroad in winter, particularly if there's ice and snow.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
