On-one Whippet and BB

I ve recently bought a On-one Whippet BB92 shell. To go with this Ive bought a Token press fit bb (which fits) and a FSA Gap Megaexo chainset (which was recommend).

The problems is, when installed the inner chainring will rub on the frame. I have not installed any spacers on the BB as the instructions suggest not to for my set. However I am thinking maybe that will solve the chain ring problem.
Any thoughts please?
