hi all ive got a scott foil 2013 it came with 105 changed grupo to ultegra 6700 all except bb now I need to change bb can anyone recommend witch one would be best

    If you've got Shimano hollow tech 2 on there, then Dura Ace is the best. If you don't want to splash out on a Dura Ace bottom bracket then you could get Ultegra, 105 or Tiagra. All will work fine.

    It'll have a Shimano BB86 pressfit

    If it ain't bust just leave it in. There isn't any real difference between the Shimano pressfits. If you want something much tricker then look at Enduro, Hope, CK etc.

    The only thing less worth upgrading (in terms of performance) is bar tape.

    Use the existing BB and buy any old replacement when it needs it- its a few bearings and a tube, not much room for improvement (well none that you would positively notice).
