Specialized Pitch Comp for £750?Worth it?

Im thinking about buying the Specialized Pitch Comp 2010 second hand, apparently only ridden once. For £750. Is this a good or fair deal?

    If it has only been ridden once, and you believe it, it's a good deal.
    If it's on Gumtree it's probably stolen.

    Look at the spec, look at the rrp, look at the condition if the bike, look at the price of similar bikes then make your choice
    Personally I've always heard good things about that bike but have no idea of the spec
    Also give if a good looking over as I doubt it's been ridden once in 3-4 years

    And yea, check it out if it's on gumtree.. The other month I found someone's stolen bike on there

    If it's genuine I would pay £750 for it. Good frame.
