Spec for 26" wheel replacement?

Hi all, I'm relatively new to bikes so please be patient!

I recently bought a Haro Thread One jump bike that was fitted with 24" wheels. It should have 26" on there, so I'd like to switch back to the larger size.

The question is - what do I look for? The 24" wheels on now aren't quick release and are disc compatible. The bike is single speed with rear disc brake. Can I buy quick release 26"s to replace them? What about axle size? Do the wheels need to be specifically for single speed?

Any help would be awesome!

standard drop outs so any wheels should fit.

running gears. talk to Haro or the importers as to if there are any replament rear drop outs.

or find and engineer to make some.
