brake blocks for my winter bike

I am looking for some rim friendly brake blocks for my winter bike that will fit my Campag mirage brake. I now have a new set of Fulcrum 7 rims fitted. Last set of Campag pads ground down my rims big time while riding dirty Dorset back roads.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Black Swissstop or the Koolstop equivalent - plus, more than the pad material, keeping the rims and pads clean. That black silty deposit on your rims works like wet and dry paper when you apply the brakes.

    Thanks Rolf F - I will invest in set. Good call on keeping them clean as I generally abuse the winter bike and don't clean it enough.
