Wheel advice needed please.

Hello I'm looking for some wheel advice to a relative beginner.
I have a new bike coming and it comes with DT Swiss CSW RA 1.0 wheels. I think.
Basically the ones that come on the Cube Agree bikes.
Decent enough I'm sure but pretty sure they are bottom end for DT swiss.
Ordinarily I'd run them happily until some upgrade time in the future but my dilemma is I have just bought a set of Mavic Aksium S wheels. The £200 jobbers. Quite light (at that price point) if the stats are to be believed.
I have done 2 rides on them and thought they were quite good.
But now the new bike is coming which wheels should I use?
The wife will inherit one set of wheels for her bike. Either will be a sure upgrade for her.
So what should I keep and what should I give away?

The answer depends on how much you love your wife.0

Not as much as my bike!0

Any other advice?0

Keep the ones you prefer riding - simples!!!Yellow is the new Black.0

For sure I'll test them both.
No strong opinions on which are the better performing wheels then?0 -
Even better - buy an even better set of wheels, tell the wife that you are buying them for her and then give her the askiums, putting the new ones on your bike!0

My point was rather that YOU are the only one that can tell - its you riding it and you need to be the judge.
Even if we said that 'x wheelset' was better you may not like the way they ride.Yellow is the new Black.0 -
True but as a relative beginner I wouldn't have asked if I didn't want opinions.0

In which case the answer would generally be Mavic.Yellow is the new Black.0
