Frame choice for returning mtber

I stopped mtbing 3-4 years ago when my daughter was born and am now looking to get back into it.
I'm mainly into singletrack trails and a bit of cross country. I used to have a ns surge with 150mm RS pikes. Was a good bike but quite heavy for Xc duty s.
I'm looking at either a cotic bfe or ragley blue pig with an adjustable fork between 120-140mm. I've been out of the game for a while so I'm not really up on all the newtech so any advice or other options/ideas would be great

Think Ragley have stopped doing blue pig as a complete bike (frame only now). I'd look at the Marley myself.'Happiness serves hardly any other purpose than to make unhappiness possible' Marcel Proust.0

Ive seen csc are doing clearance on the ragley m74.
Seems it may be weighty and not sure how id get on with the single crankset0 -
On-one 456 (carbon or steel) will work with that fork range as well.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

Commencal Ramones cromo 13 frames are going cheap, circa £300. Cant fault mine and takes 120-150mm forks. Put a dropper post on if your budget will allow.... job done. Have a look at my sig for an idea, mine really is my do it all bike nowCommencal Ramones Cromo 13 - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=129269380

Like this - 28lbs seems good to me. Where'd you get it?
Edit - I know that commencal sell used (ex demo I think) bikes direct - worth a look. See http://www.commencal-store.co.uk/PBSCPr ... D=12738872
Theres always an On One 456 too.'Happiness serves hardly any other purpose than to make unhappiness possible' Marcel Proust.0 -

check this link out , http://www.commencal-store.co.uk/PBSCProduct.asp, the frames are 359.00 (euros) works out to about £303.00 with all sizes in stock. The medium frame comes in at 2.7kg... not for the weight concious but who cares when you can through as much abuse at it as you want and it takes it in its stride.Commencal Ramones Cromo 13 - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=129269380
