Light set for £20ish

I've always been a bit nervous about riding in the dark but im already missing not being able to get out for a quick hour after work.
So i need a set of lights and im going to MTFU and give it a go
I will be riding on familiar roads with pretty good lighting so its more of a case of being seen by motorists. I will be riding in the dark for maybe 2 hours a week - work and weather permitting - so dont see the need to spend a fortune
Any recommendations for around £20 that will do the job ?

Smart 1 watt (Rear) - £15..
The 1800 lumen front light at Amazon at the moment comes with a rear light and 4 little wheel lights for £19.45
