Woodrup Track Frame brake quandary
Evening.
I've come into the possession of a lovely old track frame. Im looking to go hipster and put it on the road.
Problem is.. there are no brakes. No brake bosses or hole in the fork etc.
Anyone been in this predicament?
Are 'coaster' hub brakes worth a shout?
Thanks a mil.

Not going to be very hipster with a coaster brake is it?!
The problem is, you need two separate means of braking (legally) in case one fails. So a fixie has the fixed hub and a front rim brake - you can't brake on the hub so you still need a front rim brake. Maybe you can get the fork drilled. Or maybe just sell the frame to someone who wants a track bike and get a proper road single speed frame.Faster than a tent.......0
