Shimano front mech - is this bent?

This is my lad's Hardrock - I'm struggling to get the front much into a position where it isn't rubbing on the chain, particularly when he's on the large ring at the back.
Is the cage bent, or is there some form of alignment tweaking I can do other than playing around with the h and l screws?

OK thanks - does it look at all bent, or are you saying that it just looks like it has rotated a little around the tube?
