I like the Norbar TT20 1/4" (13262). Not cheap, but nice to work with, has a useful range for bike stuff (1-20N.m), and Norbar has a very good reputation:

He also asks me to remind you that you want 2 - 12 Nm NOT Ft/Lbs - two entirely different things. The only time you'll have to go above 12Nm on a pushie is the rear cassette lock ring that is 40Nm.0 -
