App that gives turn by turn directions?

Hi
Is there an app out there for iPhone that I can plan a route online download the file and then be given turn by turn directions?
Cyclemeter lets me upload routes and see them on the map, so you can see where you are in relation to turns.
But it's a pain getting it out every couple of miles and waiting for map to load.
Don't really want to splash out on a garmin, as I won't use it that often.
