Replacing the bottom bracket on my Giant Defy 2

My problem is quite simple, I want to replace *just* the FSA Mega Exo bottom bracket on my Defy 2 with a superior quality BB, such as Dura Ace or Chris King (don't really want to replace the whole chainset unless I really have to).
Here are photos of my BB and chainset:

I've already searched the internet for answers to my question, and have posted on CycleChat:

But even after that post, there are no certain answers, just more questions. I would be grateful for any help of guidance on this issue.

Stick with FSA you can replace the bearings only without buying new cups. Be careful removing/fitting the plastic dust caps they are delicateNeil

The Defy 2's come with a 19mm FSA crankset - which means you can only use the FSA bottom brackets as they are the only ones that do a BB with a 19mm spindle. Most others are 24mm.
FSA ones are fine as long as you grease then ans install them correctly.0
