Keo max 2's spinning too fast

Half the time these spin too quickly just from a light foot touch so you cant clip in as quick as normal untill they stop. Iam not sure if its a case of new bearings needed or some grease in there? I seem to remember reading the plastic look tool does not fit these or is that wrong?

Any suggestions would be great just to save buying a new set, cheers

    Popped some rich marzipan topped fruit cake in there and its made all the difference, cheers 8)
